To fight the free radicals that cause the most skin damage besides sun exposure, pick some anti-aging skin care products that include vitamins E, C, A. Also look for products that include Coenzyme Q10 and even green tea.
Reminder - Don't forget to use sunscreen which is the most important thing you can do for your skin, head to toe along with the antioxidants which build the roadmap to healthier, younger looking skin.
It's always better if you can get your anti aging antioxidants from food, however if your lifestyle sometimes makes that difficult supplements can do the trick.

A good rule of thumb is to aim for at least 2 cups of dark green vegetables a day and try to include as many berries into your diet as possible! Different varieties of tea are also said to be high in antioxidants. White tea is at the top for younger looking skin because of its anti-inflammatory properties which help keep the skin looking and feeling more firm.
