Surprising foods high in antioxidants

We probably all know that blueberries, strawberries and blackberries are very high in antioxidants and are some of the best ways to combat wrinkles through diet.

Surprisingly, watermelon, one of the most loved fruits on this planet, is also very high in antioxidants and helps support collagen production.

Other great foods with lots of anti-aging nutrients are beans, tomatoes, walnuts, and flaxseed.
